Although there are some free online diets that claim they can target areas in the body to lose fat, those diets are lying. The way the human body is built eliminates you controlling where it takes fat from. However, one thing you can do is weight train those body parts because muscles take energy (burn fat) from the areas closest to the region. So if you need to lose weight in the belly, do a lot of abdominal exercises along with a healthy diet and you just might get there.

There is a reason why most free online diets contain mostly good fats rather than bad fats, because they are needed to decrease fat in the body. Foods that are high in polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats are the good foods to include in your diets. Why? They cushion the internal organs, benefits the heart, increases the metabolism and strengthen the immune system.
