I was recently searching MSN for: Cape Coral FSBO and what I found was interesting. Did you know that if you are selling your home without hiring a listing broker that you can find a real estate broker and mortgage lender to lend a helping hand you and It won’t cost you a thing .
I did my research and I exposed that this really is accurate . I have to wonder why more Cape Coral real estate brokers and Loan Officers have not jumped on this bandwagon .
