There are some things that you need to be on the look out for when you get involved in a sell house and rent back situation. When selling property and renting it back you should also make sure that there is the amount of time you will be renting is stipulated in the contract along with the buy back house date. This is a situation in which you need to make sure you have covered all areas of the sell and rent back agreement along with dotting every “I” and crossing every “T”.
